Try Capital One. This credit card company specializes in credit cards for those with no credit history, as well as those who has cleaned up thier bad credit. But sorry, Capital One doesn't have any credit products for those with current bad credit.
The credit limit starts at $300 and can go up to $3,000 if you keep the credit account in good standing. The APR is between 13% and 22%. If you want the max of $3,000, you must mail in proof of your income.
Also, Capital One has credit cards for those with good or positve credit history for at least 3 years, the credit limits ranges from $500 to $20,000 with APRs from 8.65% to about 13%.

One of the things to look at is check with your state and see if they are in fact license to do business in your state. Most states have a web site you can check. Also check for First Bank of Delaware because that is really who is fronting the money for Cash Call and Think cash. If they are not licensed in your state file a complaint with the state you live in. Trust me, the states want to shut these companies down. The fines are far greater that what you owe. Also you will not have a legal contract with them so they can't win in court. The fact is you can sure them... Also if they post to you credit report you can show a letter from the state that the are not authorized to do business in your state and have the information removed. This will wrk with most internet lenders.
Good luck to all

I'd like to thank the people who commented about CashCall.com. I almost called them, but decided to go online instead, and of course read the comments of people who had dealt with them.

my ex-husband stole $30k out of all of our accounts and then left me with all the bills. When i got the divorce i slowly worked to pay all of those bills. Now, 6 years later my credit is in a shambles. I took the last $5k that I had and bought a fixer-upper house. Whith the economy the way it is i have lost my other 2 jobs and must live on a parttime waitress salary. The guys that think they have all the answers should see what it is like to live so far down the economic food chain. I have to get that loan or I will not be able to pay my property taxes. Then, I will lose my home.
